Return and Exchange Policy
All products purchased at MyIELTS.lk online store and IELTS Bookstore in Piliyandala can be returned or exchanged. Exchange will only be allowed for books that have printing errors and books that have missing pages. Please refer to our Sales Terms and Conditions for full policies.
Exchange for Books with Printing Errors or Missing Pages
If you believe that your book has printing error or pages are missing, please contact the after-sales customer Service hotline +94 777 556623 during the hours of operation, Mon-Fri 9 a.m. – 5 p.m or over weekends 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., to request for exchange.
If MyIELTS.lk determines that the book has printing errors or missing pages, you are eligible to exchange the book, please follow the instruction given by after-sales customer Service hotline (+94 777 556623) and send back your product with the original receipt within 7 days of the date you receive the product.
Unsuccessful Delivery
We will send you an email after three delivery attempts requesting you to contact us within three days to arrange for re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within three days to arrange for re-delivery or if re-delivery is still unsuccessful, the relevant products of your order will be considered as cancelled and you will be subject to a 500 LKR delivery fee.
Refund Methods
Your refund will be issued after we receive your book(s) at the MyIELTS Book Store. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
For Credit Card payment, the refund will take 3 business days to your card-issuing bank. Please contact your bank to check when the refund will return to your bank account.
For Bank Transfer, Cash Deposit payments, the refund process will be taken up to 7 days to transfer funds to the bank account you have originally provided. If you have not provided the bank information yet, please refer to below information. We will notify you by email when the refund has successfully posted to your bank. Please contact your bank to check when the refund will return to your bank account.

Please note that refunds can only be remitted to a local bank account where the Bank Account Holder name is the same as the Billing Contact filled in when placing the order.
